We are seeking a skilled Industrial Automation Technician to join our dynamic team in Mooresville, NC. Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with PLCs and other industrial automation equipment.
• Develop and implement PLC programming solutions to optimize production efficiency.
• Interpret and work with electrical schematics to support maintenance and repair activities.
• Program and maintain industrial robots to ensure seamless operation within the manufacturing environment.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve existing processes and equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on automation systems.
• Document all maintenance activities and provide detailed reports on equipment performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in PLC troubleshooting and programming.
• Strong background in industrial and manufacturing engineering.
• Familiarity with electrical schematics and their applications in automation.
• Experience in programming and maintaining industrial robots.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
